Pranayama techniques (breathwork)

To support your calm & nourish your body, mind & soul.

Hatha inspired Asanas

Gently working through Surya/Chandra Namaskar (sun/moon salutations), balancing poses, standing poses, seated poses, finishing poses, then coming into meditation.

Adjustments and assistance

Including gentle physical contact for those that find this increases their positive experience and consent

Sound

Sessions infused with the use of a variety of gentle musical instruments to assist in calming the mind and connecting with the subtle energy bodies

Scent

A selective assortment of aromas based on assisting with deep relaxation

Textures

the use of additional relaxation tools to enhance your experience and continue to assist you to bring your focus and attention on the present moment, such as with eye masks & various stones to add layers of textural comforts.
