Couples Yoga Retreat

'svadhyaya' series

A 4 week series of 1.5 hr one on one sessions
features
a strengths based and person centred approach.
influenced by raja yoga, a path stemming from the yoga sutras of patanjali, focusing on practicing how to be the master of your own mind. 
svadhyaya is the practice of self reflection, and these sessions will infuse that with self reflective  journalling. 
Each session also includes  intention setting, pranayama inspired breathwork, yoga asanas & meditation
Themed week by week deep dive to bring to awareness your physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual bodies.

week 1: exploring your physical body
tailored yoga sequences personalised to you, for continued practice
week 2: exploring your intellectual body
a personal exploration of your intellectual body to identify thoughts that are guiding you to wisdom 
week 3: Exploring your emotional body 
identifying your emotions and the manifestations of emotions in your physical body
week 4: the spiritual body 
a guidance to come to recognise if/what your spiritual body looks like for you, with philosophical guidance.
